of respect to our other tenants, we try to rent apartments to folks
that meet the following requirements. We ask that you only apply
if you meet these. Besides, you'd want the people living next to
you to meet these requirements, wouldn't you? This information may
be confirmed.
- Honesty
- Good credit
- Non-smokers
- Tenant insurance
- Stable employment
- Ability to maintain a clean living space
- Two
parking spots per unit. This is strictly enforced
- After snow storms cars MUST be moved for plowing
- Dumpster
rules must be respected to avoid potential fines
- All
vehicles must be registered or are at risk of being towed
- Respect for neighbor's privacy, quiet, space and parking arrangement
- Quiet pets (non-refundable pet security deposit and rent increase may be required)
